Cash, check, American Express, Discover, Visa or Mastercard are accepted for payment. Payment is due at the time of the appointment. Fees are subject to change. Once psychotherapy has begun, we will usually schedule one 50-minute session per week at a time we mutually agree on, although some sessions may be longer or more frequent.
Without 24 hour’s notice, I will charge you 50% of your full session fee.
For missed appointments (i.e. you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without cancelling it), you will be charged the full session fee.

How to Submit an Out-of-Network Claim
1. Have your insurance member number and group number ready before calling.
2. Call the customer service number for your insurance for Mental Health and Behavioral Health Claims This should NOT be under Medical Claims, otherwise it could cause a delay in your claim getting processed correctly.
2. Ask the customer service representative:
a. Where to send the information for processing.
b. What information they need for processing.
3. If your insurance company needs additional clinical information about you other than what is provided on your receipt, then I will need a signed release of information from you in order to release any other clinical information besides a diagnosis code.

Emergencies:
Although I am committed to checking messages and returning calls, I do not carry a pager and I do not provide crisis, 24-hour or weekend coverage. If you feel you are having a mental health emergency or if you feel unsafe and are unable to contact or speak with me, please dial 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room, where psychiatric emergencies services should be available or call The North Texas Behavioral Health Authority Crisis-line at 866-260-8000.
